I loved the anime but, thought it was missing something. I searched for a manga and found that it was a novel then searched and found this audio book. It's way more in depth than the anime. I couldn't stop listening. I enjoyed everything about it. I really enjoyed hearing about the upgrades and skills.

This book is inspirational! I'm going to listen to this book on repeat. sucks about his knee surgeries. I feel as though if he discovered knees over toes guy, he would have been able to kick his busted knee without the surgeries. I feel as though knees over toes guy can still help strengthen his knees and help him operate without pain one day.

Best book on the market for self improvement and identifying the excuses we tell ourselves. I cannot find any excuses after seeing all of the transformations on their YouTube channel I have transformed using my will and this information allows me to see how my ego hijacks and has sabotaged me since I was a kid. We don't know our own capabilities until we face our fears. Thanks DDP!!

I have read countless books. this one best explains the problem and how to remedy it. I can't wait to try some of these techniques out. I have read many books trying to figure out why all of my relationships sucked I started accepting myself and my masculinity. removing my shame by opening up , taking responsibility for everything stopped being the victim. This book puts it all into perspective and why it is working.
