Used to be a fan
Revisado: 03-05-21
I started listening to Mile Higher since they began thw podcast and never missed an episode, but for the past several months I have not been able to make it through an episode. Kendall and Janelle seem like fun people to hang out with, but they seem to jump onto whatever liberal issue and media message and repeat it on this podcast. They are misinformed often and spew a lot of hate towards others with other opinions. Josh seems more level headed which is why I still enjoy Lights Out podcast, but I will never listen to The Sesh podcast by Kendall and Janelle. I feel personally attacked for having a different opinion on some political and social issues because of the hate they have for the other side and seem to look down on others who disagree. I consider myself independent politically but even I feel alienated by these two hosts. This podcast used to be so good.

Historia
Early on a May morning in 1979, six-year-old Etan Patz set off for school on his own for the first time. He vanished, and for three decades his case both frustrated and exhausted police, the FBI, and a public heartbroken by the tragedy. Then, suddenly, the police in 2012 announced that a former bodega clerk from the Manhattan neighborhood where Etan lived had confessed to killing the boy. Detectives were convinced they had the boy’s murderer, and prosecutors soon indicted the man, Pedro Hernandez.

Rename the book
Revisado: 02-23-21
I thought this book would be about the case itself but it talked more about false confessions. I came away knowing very little about the case at all. Maybe name the book something that shows that its about false confessions or wrongful convictions instead of the little boy who hardly got mentioned. The narration was awful. I am so glad that this book was free and not one that I paid for.

Historia
When Bill Payne and Billie Jean Hayworth began their romance, they unknowingly set in motion a diabolical plot that would end with them murdered in their own home, Hayworth holding their mercifully unharmed infant. Chris was a CIA agent who was concerned about Jenelle. Seeing the cyberbullying she had endured, and worried for her safety, Chris got in touch with Jenelle's protective parents and her devoted boyfriend, warning them that Payne and Hayworth were a danger to Jenelle.

Could have been better
Revisado: 02-21-21
I enjoyed the story but thw author is very condescending and goes on and on about his greatness. I feel like this story could have been amazing if someone else had wrote it and focused more on thw characters in this case than himself.
