I’m a dog trainer. I have already recommended this book to 3 clients and I’m sure there will be many to follow.
I love that the author gives dogs permission to be exactly as their genetics intended according to breed or mixes of breeds. The book provides much needed, realistic expectations for behavior and characteristics of our beloved pets. It points out that what we might think of as a character defect is actually simply a characteristic of our chosen companion. Highly recommend!

I love this book even more than I already did. The many voices of the narrators bring it to life for me like never before. It was an absolute joy to listen to from start to finish. I can’t recommend the audio version enough. Incredibly valuable!!
