More on the medical science of the subject.

There is some good information in the book. It is extremely heavy on the medical science of the condition and I got lost many times throughout the listen. I would suggest having a full blood panel done before listening so you are able to connect to much of the context. I was able to connect throughout the chapters. However, the first and last few chapters were the easiest to get through and provided the most useful information. The author has a strong accent and it made it very hard to get through the medical science chapters.
