I have torn at my own soul for most of my life. I sought through grace for spiritual help and
Sandra Ingerman is the first gift I received through asking for that guidance. This is not just a book it is an outpouring of a life lived by following the path of Shamanism. Sandra weaves a deeper understanding of psychology and shamanic practice. We work with compassionate and helpful spirits to rewrite our stories and absolutely let go of those things that no longer serve us. We relearn what our ancestors knew about working with the elements to support us. The greatest gift I will cherish is the guided journey's with Sandra drumming and reading her words. I just can't express how this has changed my world and how I am carrying this knowledge to my own clients. This will be a tool for me to continue my own journey.
