Powerful and beautifully written

This is a powerful novel and it has become one of my all-time favorites. It tackles some tough topics but manages to do so in a way that does not feel burdensome. The narrative voice is engaging and interesting and there are several beautifully written passages.
The reader does an excellent job. He is sensitive to the novel's pacing and tone without interfering with the reading experience by using overly performative or annoying voices (something all too common in audiobooks).
I highly recommend listening to/reading this book!

Totally engrossing

I recommend jumping in without reading about the story first. This was more entertaining than watching anything. Excellent performance and sound effects. It paints vivid picture in your imagination.
