Historia
In Stolen, on a mission for her own elite pack, Elena Michaels is lured into the net of ruthless Internet billionaire Tyrone Winsloe, who has funded a bogus scientific investigation of the "other races" and their supernatural powers. Historia
After 12 years away from his coastal Florida home, Detective Dillon Storm is only now getting his sea legs back. When he pulls the body of a woman from the gulf while on an impromptu fishing trip with his nephew, Dillon thinks things couldn't get stranger. When that body is identified as a woman who was pronounced dead three years ago, he realizes how wrong he is. Now, with little more to go on than a gut feeling and the years' old files from a case that couldn't be colder, Dillon will put his skills to the test.

Historia
Detective Dillon Storm is headed back to Naples for the first time in a dozen years, and the occasion is not a happy one. The illegitimate son of the richest man in America's richest city, Dillon spent his entire life in the shadow of a family that would never accept him. Now, he's come to bury the man who neglected him and, in doing so, put that part of his life behind him forever. But when the lawyer dealing with his father's estate is murdered and Dillon's number is found on his phone, it sets the detective on a path that will unearth family secrets.

not my normal pick
Revisado: 04-18-21
If it wasnt for me being a native to naples i never would have picked it, for me who normal reads sookie stackhouse, american gods, or the last kingdom series- this was completely different and predictable. i am going to give the 2nd book a shot only because the plot seems more interesting.

Historia
Will you be the same after experiencing the mind of a murderous killer? What will happen to your world view and your thought process after learning the WHY behind each horrific act? The disturbing nature of these stories often makes you question everything you thought or believed about humanity. Yet they are engaging and fascinating at the same time. We all had wicked thoughts throughout our lives. What is it that makes us different from those who act upon it? Is it that they have a stronger "why"? Were they born evil?

so many things wrong
Revisado: 05-13-20
narrator sounded like he was smiling the whole time and his reading was so hard to follow, constantly things were said that no one could possibly know- like what went through the murder victims minds as they were dying, i feel it was badly written.
