Terrible Irish accents. Great story!

I love this story but the accents are so bad they she redo this book with actors who can actually sound like they are Irish not an American doing an Irish accent. I normally love Savannah Peachwood but she ruined the Audible for me. Definitely read this one not listen. Returning today. 😒

Leave out the Woke BS

I would have loved this story if it didn’t have senseless woke verbiage that is shoved down your throat the ENTIRE book. The scene with they guys are just being guys is funny but it’s quickly ruined with the toxic feminism. It’s almost insulting to you as reader who loves romance novels. Wrong genre… Toxic 3rd wave feminism is a complete oxymoron in the romance novel genre.

This was much better than the second book in the series but why so much woke bs? If I wanted to take a feminist class again I would go back to college. I would have liked this much better if it also didn’t use “Karen” as negative connotation. Smh I’m hoping the next book is better. Romance Novels and third wave toxic feminism is a complete oxymoron. This same story could have been told without it. Which it has in the past. It made its point and raised awareness without the hateful message. Do better

I normally love L.B.'s books but this just was blaaahhh. I also love the actors especially the side characters. Andy n Sebastian felt robotic and I honestly fell asleep listening to them. I wish they were more lively like they were at the end with the questionnaire. Also, the bloopers made me give this a better rating than what I was originally going to give(*). The actors are all so fantastic! I felt this production was kinda blaaahhh. Hopefully it will get better in future multi cast productions. Maybe check out how Amy Daws did her multi cast productions? It might just help get a better perspective from a listener / readers stand point. #makeblooperreelsathing
