This book helped me more than anything I've tried related to my relationship with food

This book approaches one's relationship with food from a whole new perspective. The book taught me about myself as a spirit and being and how I was reflecting this through my interaction with food. I was initially turned off by the word "god" in the title because I identify as atheist, but the book is not about a "god." This portion of the title references the spiritual reflection of ourselves on how we nourish our bodies. I highly, highly recommend!
