It's not easy to take this story and bring it into modern day. It doesn't always translate, but this author has done an excellent job. She really found a way to have the characters spar with each other and she found a way to highlight both the pride and the prejudiced in both of these characters and still make it relevant to today's world It was well done and I plan on reading more of her books.

Plus I loved all of the talk of the Indian food. I wish I could eat some right now.

Great narrator. Good story.

I was looking for something short to get me out of a listening rut. This did the trick. I could relate to the main character. We have all been dumped in one way or another and we all have to find our own way out of the old pattern. This was a great telling of that story.

Best modern day version of Pride and Prejudice. Seriously, it has all the main characters. The difference is instead of sparring with words, they spar with sex. It's fantastic.

The heroine takes everything he does the wrong way and he can't communicate to save his life. And of course they get together in the end. what else do you need?

Love the meditations and love the message.

I listen to these meditations while doing the Wim Hof breathing method. They are so powerful and every time I listen I go deeper into my relationship with the Devine Beloved. Thank you for creating this audio. It has helped me be at peace with myself.

I needed a switch from my normal listens and this fit the bill. It was funny, and touching, and full of truth. Definitely worth the listen.

Good story, great accents with the narrator. I found it slow at the beginning and skipped over some parts. once it got going no skipping needed. It had a great ending.

Great story. Author did a good job of making characters that aren't perfect and still likable. And it delivered the fairy tale ending. The narrator was excellent too. She never over did the Boston accent. Great listen.

Loved the embarrassing moments in this story, and while a Minnesota accent has never been my favorite, it's was so well done by the narrator and never over done. The accent fit the story perfectly and I even fell in love with the mom of the story if you can believe that one.

Great story, great narration. Listen to this when you want to relax and have a good time.

This book was unique in 2 ways.

1 - Its the only audio book that I finished and immediately started over. I've listened to many books more than once, but never twice in a row. If I could use the whole book as a mantra I would.

2 - I ordered and I am now working through all of the support material listed in the book. I have NEVER done this with any book or audio book.

This story is told with a vulnerability that is missing in so many Christian texts. Meggan Watterson brings us on her journey one vulnerable step at a time. She makes it safe for you to explore your own emotions while she journeys through the paradox of traveling long distances to find something that has always been inside of you.

Give yourself the gift of this story. Sit back, relax, and let Meggan reveal to you the love of Mary Magdalene.

Thank you Meggan, for writing this story. Thank you for starting me on my journey. I am profoundly grateful to get to discover Christianity through this lens. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

What made the experience of listening to Kiss of Snow the most enjoyable?

Angela Dawe is an excellent narrator. She brings the strong characters to life. I love the world that Nalini Singh has created and the tension created by the Psi race. The author asks interesting questions.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Kiss of Snow?

When Hawke admits at the end that Sienna was right about their relationship. I like that he chose to answer her in such a way as to strengthen their bond.

What does Angela Dawe bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Angela is excellent a portraying strong men who have a tender side and a good sense of humor. I would miss the humor if I just read the book.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I loved the secondary love story with Walker and Laura. I hurt for Walker and how he viewed himself as less. I love watching the psi characters heal.
