Historia
While mental health is complex, our culture has made anxiety into something it’s not. For the majority of people who face anxiety, the truth is simpler than we think: Anxiety is an alarm. It’s a signal — nothing more and nothing less. Anxiety is simply our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. If we stop and listen, we can calm the alarm and move forward into healing and hope.

What I needed to bring light and peace
Revisado: 12-09-22
I am grateful and blessed to have heard these words. Thank you to Dr. Delony for conversing with Dr Peterson about this work. I happen to be a a profession with one of the highest suicide rates (as a veterinarian) and somehow conversations about why so many are depressed, lonely and suicidal have missed Dr Delony’s pragmatic and applicable actions. I started sharing before being done the book. Now that I am done, it’s time to relisten from the beginning.
For those who are struggling, if you are open, this book will bring you light and peace in your darkness, weight, despair and trauma. Blessings.

Joel Salatin is perhaps the nation's best known farmer, whose environmentally friendly, sustainable Polyface Farms has been featured in Food, Inc. and Time magazine. Now, in his first audiobook written for a faith audience, Salatin offers a deeply personal argument for earth stewardship and calls for fellow Christians to join him in looking to the Bible for a foodscape in line with spiritual truth.

A call for revolution
Revisado: 05-30-17
For those who are willing to hear Mr Salatin's message is a breath of fresh air. How can we honor the world around us and inside us? Does it matter how we treat the soil and animals we depend upon for food? Why does it matter?
This is a message of hope. Hope for a world of more joy. More forgiveness. More connection with and acceptance of the beings around us. More nurturing of life.
It is not a comfortable story but one that asks for your self reflection and willingness to undergo change. Be brave enough to listen with an open heart and mind. Your body and world will be transformed.
Thank you Mr. Salatin for deftly crafting this honest call for revolution. Clearly painfully close to your heart. Being a disciple for both ecological and spiritual matters is not an easy yoke to bare. Thank you. You have made a difference in my family and our actions.

In a riveting narrative, award-winning journalist and often-injured runner Christopher McDougall sets out to discover their secrets. Clear entertainment
Revisado: 05-01-13
What made the experience of listening to Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen the most enjoyable?
Excellent performance and tale based in truth.
What did you like best about this story?
The emphasis on how our actions can bring joy, especially those that are rooted in love.
What does Fred Sanders bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Spanish accents.
Any additional comments?
The comments about the Mexican race seem to put them up on a pedestal. I am certain they too have their faults, being human, though viewing them in a positive light was inspiring.
