Boring, no hypnosis

Just talk, talk, talk about everything you already know about what you should do to lose weight-nothing new and no hypnosis. I have quit smoking and quit drinking with self hypnosis, THIS is NOT worthy of even trying. I tried several times and it was the worst night's sleep/non-sleep I've had in a very long time.
