Historia
Fifty years after the event that rocked the nation and shook the world, Marrs reveals the facts behind the most audacious cover-up of our time, how it was planned, who executed the conspiracy, who benefited from it, and ultimately why this extremely well-orchestrated assassination could be so cleverly concealed. This extensively researched audiobook includes evidence proving the Warren Commission's report was a cover-up and a smoke screen for the true conspiracy. Learn why Lee Harvey Oswald could not have been a lone gunman, and that multiple shots were fired that fateful day.

Would you try another book from Jim Marrs and/or Jim Marrs and Michael J. Long ?
I don't think I would try anything in the near future. Based on his writing style which seems to be an accumulation of Wikipedia many personal interviews and regurgitated information
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The worst part, there is no ending, he leaves the story as most have left the story throughout most of the 50+ years since the assasination. . I will admit there are quite a few never heard before insignificant details that allow us all to ponder again for a very short period of time over a provocative point.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Jim Marrs and Michael J. Long ?
The actual narration was fine. Their voices came across as true.
Do you think Crossfire needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Not in less they single-handedly solve the crime.
Any additional comments?
My opinion is my opinion is, it's unethical to charge a follower almost $18 for 45 minutes of reading that ultimately yields no significant statistics or conclusion.

Story is EPIC! The Narrator is flat and grating
Revisado: 04-22-14
Where does Shogun rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is a great epic story, If you like Japanese history you may enjoy this. Many complicate characters and a convoluted story line. Super arc.
What did you like best about this story?
Characters are rich, in-depth and the tales of each dovetailed in a binding story.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Narrator was monotone, raspy, made the characters sound like robots. Narrator and Producer should have done research regarding linguistics PRIOR to narration. More mispronunciations than you could note in a legal sized pad. Amateur narration.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
The epic Shogun!
Any additional comments?
Great story, well done, even with the shoddy narration I would still recommend the read. It may take a few hours and a few rereads to get up to speed - stick with it - definitely worth the upfront effort.

Historia
Cold Storage, Alaska, is a remote fishing outpost where salmonberries sparkle in the morning frost and where you just might catch a King Salmon if you're Zen enough to wait for it. Settled in 1935 by Norse fishermen who liked to skinny dip in its natural hot springs, the town enjoyed prosperity in the mid-20th century, at the height of the frozen fish boom. But now the cold storage plant is all but abandoned and the population is shrinking every day.

gave me a headache
Revisado: 03-30-14
Is there anything you would change about this book?
Put a warning label on the jacket indicating that this is juvenile at best.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The narrator was great. The story was lame, not even remotely believable.
Was Cold Storage, Alaska worth the listening time?
If you are 12 years old you may like this. I kept thinking that the story would become interesting, unfortunately I had to wait until THE END before the headache started to subside.
