Historia
Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, who in his perennial best seller On Killing revealed that most of us are not "natural born killers" - and who has spent decades training soldiers, police, and others who keep us secure to overcome the intrinsic human resistance to harming others and to use firearms responsibly when necessary - turns a laser focus on the threat posed to our society by violent video games.

Historia
From the backyard hockey rink to the nail-biting suspense of draft days, Karl Subban shares tales of his family's unique hockey journey. Mixing personal stories with lessons he learned as a coach and principal - lessons about goal setting, perseverance, and accomplishment - How We Did It will allow other parents, teachers, coaches, and mentors to apply the same principles as they help the young people in their lives to identify, develop, and live their dreams.

Revisado: 08-05-18
If you are looking for the perfect blueprint that will tell you exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, to get your son into the NHL, then keep looking, move along, nothing to see here. This book is so much deeper than a tutorial or a road map.
In this book, Karl Subban tells his own life story from childhood through the present, in the light of the basic life principles he applied in leading his family and raising his children. It is no accident that PK, Malcolm, and Jordan have experienced such success in hockey. However, I have no doubt that if Karl dreamed of his children becoming world renown astrophysicists, by following the same life principles, they would all have achieved international success in that field.
If as a parent you internalize the foundation and framework that the Subban Plan is built upon, then you will find your own road map for success in whatever field you choose to focus.
Thank you Karl for a wonderful book. God bless you and your family.

Outstanding primer on how to use business entities
Revisado: 12-10-17
This is an outstanding primer on how to use business entities to start your own business enterprise. Garrett Sutton is a Rich Dad advisor to Robert Kiyosaki. This book describes what corporations are, how to use them, when to you use them, and gives specific examples on how doing so or not doing so can affect your business. I highly recommend this to beginners, and advanced entrepreneurs, and even professionals who give advice to clients on this subject.

Historia
Robin Moore became one of the first true embedded journalists by training with and fighting alongside the Green Berets in Vietnam. Though fictionalized, his work is an eye-opening exposé of the horrors of the Vietnam War and the basis for the hit John Wayne movie of the same title. Taut, fast-paced, and interspersed with unforgettable accounts of combat, Moore’s novel features an American major who goes "native" with Montagnard tribesmen, a courageous Vietnamese girl who poses as a rabid anti-American Communist to capture a murderous Viet Cong officer, and the unforgettable acts of courage of soldiers in the field.

Stands the tests of ages
Revisado: 08-29-16
This is one of the classics as far as war fiction goes. Except, as the author notes, it isn't really fiction. The stories told in this tome may be altered to preserve confidences, but the events they describe are real. Within this novel you will find heroism and tragedy, and even love. The audible narration is particularly noteworthy for its professionalism; a true story time narration.

Excellent expose of destructive liberal policies
Revisado: 01-22-16
The best thing about this book is that it is synthesizes a contrast of liberal socialist policy with American conservative philosophy in light of real, indisputable facts. This book is the ultimate takedown of the destructive policies of Barack Obama and others who would seek to impose leftist ideology on the nation. A must read in advance of the 2016 election season.

A must for real estate novices and experts
Revisado: 03-08-14
Would you listen to Loopholes of Real Estate again? Why?
Yes. The knowledge imparted in this book was done in a highly entertaining, informative way. Furthermore, listening again as a refresher on the concepts in this book will be extremely helpful in retaining the information in this book.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Calvin the bull-riding country boy. He and his girlfriend Mariah continue to find ways to acquire their dream duplex and then lose it by using a jailhouse lawyer's advice on how to hold title as a way of asset protection.
Have you listened to any of Garrett Sutton’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes. This performance compares favorably with Sutton's other narrations in the sense of, it is the same caliber: Excellent. Sutton's folksy, conversational style leaves you thinking that you aren't actually listening to a narration at all; you could just as easily be sitting in Sutton's law office having a personal conversation with the man.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No. This is not a drama or work of fiction. It is a self-help book on real estate investing.
Any additional comments?
Garrett Sutton's book, "Loopholes of Real Estate", is the best and most comprehensive book that I know of to frame a person's perspective of real estate investment through the lenses of tax minimization, asset protection, and cash flow maximization. Mr. Sutton, formerly a real estate broker himself and currently a real estate investor and attorney, brings real life experience, the law, and the professional knowledge of some of Robert Kiyosaki's greatest Rich Dad Advisors to bear in this outstanding work. This book is a survey of real estate law and investing concepts that is an absolute steal as a mass market product. The information in this book is sold for hundreds if not thousands of dollars in other media such as seminars, academic courses, and professional books.
