Unfortunately, it is just a dictation book not a preparation course. Even if you listen to a 3X speed, most probably you will get bored quickly. The only thing I enjoyed, as a learner, was listening to a British accent.

Although, as Muslim, I would never agree 100% with what have been said here in this book, I found this book amazing and I highly recommend it to others. For example, God LOVES IMPERFECTS. Yes, he does but under one condition which is to correct the mistakes we have made first if we are able to do so.
