Our Mutual Friend is a treasure not to be missed for Dickens's fans. Wonderful characters. A bit darker story, typical of Dickens's later period. Enjoy!

Cider House Rules is imbued by John Irving with characters I will never forget. He makes these characters so believable, I had a sense of mourning to see them go.
This story is full of joy, frustration, pain, and love in all their messy human forms.
The choice of Grover Gardner as narrator is spot-on perfect for this story. I honestly stayed up more than once listening all night! It's that good!
