I'm a fan of VK and the past books so it is hard for me to write this review. Was this a interesting story? Yes. Was the MC'S likeable? Umm some what. Was the audible a good match? In my opinion, no. Geri sounded like she was going to cry through the whole book. Certainly not the sexy officer I'm sure she was written to portray. I looked twice to see how much longer It had....not good.Maybe if I just read it and made up in my head my own voices it would be ok. And on a personal note...tTomi could have been left out completely.The scene just felt like cheating. VK is a fav and I will read future books for sure...but this not a fav.

One if the best I've read this year!

From the moment I heard the sample I was hooked! The narrator Ms Watley was perfect portraying both MC'S which a lot of times isn't easy to do. I loved the story, and the differant personalities of each. By time it ended I could only hope for a sequel...please???

An exciting and dramatic story!

I loved the story of the possibility of this actually occurring. But then...it would be scary at the same time. What makes this really good is its not like other stories out...it's completely new and differant! And not to give much away this is not your typical romance. Settle in a comfy chair and read about a possible new world with new friends and lovers.

I went looking for something different and thrilled I found this. Within one chapter I was hooked! I can be kinda a hard sale with so many books sounding the same. This grabbed me and didn't let go. Woman hires an escort to go to High School Reunion...what could go wrong? You will love the MC'S and the Best friends of each just add to the flavor.Grab it now for your weekend!

This has everything!

This book has romance, mystery. and suspense from page one. And not to mention a dog! The main MC'S are well thought out and I love there personalities. Won't blow the ending but I hope there is a second book.

I really liked this book but....

I have wanted to read this for a while now. Cop romance books are a favorite. The story is different and that can be hard to find now a-days. Gold was a not trusting, closed up woman who the narrator tried to come off tough but never really sold it. Wish she did. The he said...she said after a statement I feel
wasn't necessary. Your reading it...you know who is speaking. The flow was off. It didn't leave me sighing with jealousy about there relationship like others but there could be a sequel possibility. But with the right flow please. Glad I read it.

YOU will love this!

This has it all...romance, suspense, grief, sadness. The relationship was written so true to form from the start. It was a slow burn but it needed to be to go with the story. I loved the ending and once again was left wanting more. Thank You Gerri!

Great third in the series!

This was a wonderful series. I hope there is a fourth. I need more! The Dillon and Fin meeting at the beginning did shock me...how does one continue after that? But they did and it was sexy and hot. Hollis was her usual fantastic self bringing to life all our favorite voices. Im sad this may be the end...or will it be???

I loved the story but wasn't thrilled with the choice of. audible choice. She just didn't work. yet the story was told. I love This series but will check on who is reading next time.

Love Radclyffe...Love The Rivers

Radcliffe's P Town Series was the first Lesbian books I ever read. She can do no wrong.
The narrator was good. She tried hard with the different voices and I give her an 8. I liked past characters were brought into the story. There seem to be a lot of thought processes that went on longer than needed at times. But I will always look forward to more and she will forever be the Ruler Of Lesbian Romance!
