The last 10 minutes was a nice overview of ways to deal with anxiety. However, the author fails to mention several other very simple things to do to address anxiety.

Many other basic things like time management and increasing activities one enjoys have been omitted by the author. Meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, and taking up a hobby like drawing, hiking, or photography are some of the ways others have found contentment and addresses anxiety in a practical daily way,
