I recommend ALL of humanity read this book!!! 10/10 it goes way beyond politics!! I plan to listen to it at least 3 times just to take it all in! I really enjoyed listening!

…I’m now going to focus on honing in on post traumatic wisdom. I can’t change my traumatic experiences but I can allow them to shape a more thriving version on myself. Thanks Oprah and Dr Perry for writing and recording this book! I bought a copy of the book, read it and listened to it hear on audible. Life changing. Thank you.

This is LITERALLY THE BEST BOOK I have ever listened to for small business owners and just business owners in general! Entrepreneurs, wantpreneurs, marketers, we all need to listen to this book at least once a month until the principles are embedded unto the forefront of our minds! Literally the best book I’ve ever listened to!

I’m only on chapter 12 and this is literally the best book I’ve ever listened to! I plan to listen to it over and over again until I’m equipped with what I need to get unstuck! Thus far I’ve cried a couple times, laughed, smiled and paused a couple times to reflect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! And to the writers & narrators, I say; THANK YOU!!! Thank you....THANK YOU!!!!
