Historia
When a drug-addled Hunter Biden abandoned his waterlogged computer at a Mac repair shop in Delaware in the spring of 2019, just six days before his father announced his candidacy for the United States presidency, it became the ticking time bomb in the shadows of Joe Biden’s campaign.

Historia
Jared Kushner was one of the most consequential presidential advisers in modern history. For the first time, he recounts what happened behind closed doors during the Trump presidency. Few White House advisors have had such an expansive portfolio or constant access to the president. From his office next to Trump, senior adviser Jared Kushner operated quietly behind the scenes, preferring to leave the turf wars and television sparring to others.

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! Jared , thank you for the opportunity to be that little fly on the wall in the WH. I thank you, Ivanka and the entire Trump family for giving up your personal lives to serve our country so unselfishly. So many have been blessed by your dedicated hard work and tenacity. And of course many thanks to your father in law…what a guy!

No Platitudes Here!
Revisado: 04-05-21
I am awestruck and thankful. Having lost my husband, my best friend and the love of my life of nearly 50 years less than 4 months ago I’ve been searching for something or someone to tell me my level of grief isn’t unusual and what to do or not do about it. I didn’t want this book to end as it has brought me a world of peace and understanding. This journey of grief has been and continues to be treacherous and very, very lonely. At times when I feel there’s no way I can survive this loss I turn to Ms. Devine’s words of compassion and enlightenment. I thank God for having found this book. And Ms. Devine, I am so sorry for your loss as well. Thank you for helping me and countless others make sense of it all. Grief is love.

Historia
For the first time, Hillary Rodham Clinton reveals what she was thinking and feeling during one of the most controversial and unpredictable presidential elections in history. Now free from the constraints of running, Hillary takes you inside the intense personal experience of becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major party in an election marked by rage, sexism, exhilarating highs and infuriating lows, stranger-than-fiction twists, Russian interference, and an opponent who broke all the rules. This is her most personal memoir yet.

Oh Mrs Clinton...
Revisado: 09-19-17
So many of the facts that lead to what happened were omitted such as Donna Brazil giving you a heads-up on some debate questions and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's twists and turns at the DNC to ensure you were the Democrat nominee and not Bernie Sanders just to name two.
I would recommend the audio book version to the military to be used as a torture device for war criminals the US has in custody. They'll be spilling their guts before the end of chapter 2 or else they'll go mad.
There's so much more I could comment on but it would end up being a book in itself. For me it was a complete waste of time. The title should have been, "Poor Me" which would have been more appropriate for the contents. So sad to see her lower herself to this level. What happened to the mantra 'When they go low, we go high!' Guess she forgot.

Historia
It was never supposed to be this close. And of course she was supposed to win. How Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election to Donald Trump is the tragic story of a sure thing gone off the rails. For every Comey revelation or hindsight acknowledgment about the electorate, no explanation of defeat can begin with anything other than the core problem of Hillary's campaign - the candidate herself.

In early 2000, Adnan Syed was convicted and sentenced to life plus thirty years for the murder of his ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee, a high school senior in Baltimore, Maryland. Syed has maintained his innocence, and Rabia Chaudry, a family friend, has always believed him. By 2013, after almost all appeals had been exhausted, Rabia contacted Sarah Koenig, a producer at This American Life, in hopes of finding a journalist who could shed light on Adnan’s story. In 2014, Koenig's investigation turned into Serial, a Peabody Award-winning podcast with more than 500 million international listeners.

Revisado: 08-27-16
I have NEVER in my life been so riveted, spellbound and moved by a story! Even though I've been following this case since it first appeared on Serial this book provided a deeper insight in to the facts. Rabia succeeds at giving a voice to Adnan. I can only hope and pray that he receives his long overdue justice in the near future. Ya smacked a grand slam here Rabia!!! Awesome!!!
