What to eat and when to eat...and when NOT to eat. Last chapter is a gem! I'm listening to this book AGAIN..and AGAIN! very interesting and informative book. this book needs lots of listening to absorb all his info. i didn't like the the next to the last chapter. Too much clinical research on a certain drug. good to know, but a little dry. a few dry spots, but not that many at all. holds your interest...only because you realize your doctor really isn't interested on helping you. now, all you have to do is read: lies your doctor tells you, by Dr. Ken berry to make your awakening complete.

When Donald Trump was born, it must have been under the wrong stars. If a father could possibly train and raise a more diabolic child, his son Donald Trump was the original bad seed. His father was a monster, and Donald wanted to be so noticed and praised, he emulated his father: except Donald excelled and surpassed him. Fred Trump created one of the most narcissistic Psychopaths since Caligula. Being a clinical therapist myself, I admire how Mary Trump gave a complete rundown on the entire family...this would make a fabulous TV Series. Her writing is quick and to the point. No extra verbiage here. This is one book that was riveting in content, and so interesting that I listened to it in one sitting. Well worth the price!! the entire American Public should read this book.
