Outstanding!
Revisado: 09-24-23
At first I thought I might not like it. Wasn't sure about the reader as I listen to John Lee alot. I eventually became to like him. Nice plot twist at end. I never saw the movie so I didn't have any expectations. Totally recommend this book.

Great story! What a twist.

This my first Lain Pears book and I really enjoyed it. Kept me interested all the way through. Great twist at the end. Will definitely read another one. And John Lee is my favorite reader. I will listen to anything he reads.

Couldn't wait for it to be over
Revisado: 01-19-23
Unless you love football this is not the book for you. I thought it would be more of just the back story and the murders and finding out who did it would be the main goal, but it wasn't. Literally was all about her being able to keep this football team. The readers voice was awful and her trying to do a man's voice was terrible. I just cringed the whole time. Definitely was disappointed being a James Patterson book. Wasted a credit on thus book.

Voices were incredibly annoying
Revisado: 07-28-22
I couldn't wait for this book to end. I could barely listen to it. The voices were absolutely annoying and overdone. Didn't care much for the story. Doubt I will listen to another of his books.

I did not enjoy this book. The storyline was not as I thought it would be from reading the description of the book. I am all for being descriptive but this author goes overboard with the amount of details describing things. I get it....its a blue sky or whatever...move on. The reader was nit really right for this part which made it worse. Rachel and Anna's characters were annoying. Save your credit and pick a different book.

The readers voice is just not right for this
Revisado: 03-15-22
I've just started this book a day I already want to stop and I'm only on chapter 3. The readers voice is just not right fir this story. I'm going to push through but this isn't going to be enjoyable. Probably won't listen to anything else he reads.
