Pension companies will not like this book :)

I never really considered what living a life with vitality really means. Now I think of it quite a lot and a try to do so.
Lots of useful info. Following even some of the advice Dr. Mark gives can only improve your life both physically and mentally.
Pension companies will not likes this book as we will live longer but life insurance companies will as they wont get as many claims :)

Would you try another book from Ernest Cline and/or Wil Wheaton?
Do like Wheaton as a narrator but Cline might not be my style

Chose this book based on it very numerous and great reviews. I am a child of the 80's and it sounded great. I never did get into role playing games and this book reminded me why. I didn't expect it to be so deep into the genre.
I gave the book a few hours but eventually gave up on it.
Not my cup of tea but I did like some of the 80's references.
