This is the second time I am reading through this book and it just keeps getting better! The narrator is excellent and I can clearly understand the content even when also doing other tasks. Excellent choice of voice.
Chapter 5 is one of my favorites. I love learning more about non-verbal communication and I can always learn more about people. This is a great read and I highly recommend! Ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about how to talk to anyone. There’s even a section on how to communicate best with Kids!
