A vacuum sealer is handy for removing air from your sous vide bags, which will help your meats absorb their marinades better, avoid freezer burn, and get cooked more efficiently in the water bath. But if you would rather have a quick and less expensive way to seal your foods, you can always do so using this simple water displacement technique. Seal the bag after filling with your ingredients, but do not seal all the way through – leave the last inch open. Carefully submerge the bag into a tub of water; you want to do this slowly so that as the bag drops, the water pressure pushes out the air inside the bag through the small opening. Right before the bag completely goes under water, seal it off and then pull it out of the water.

Valuable SV cooking temperature and times

I'd been wanting to try sous vide for a while, finally bought a cooker, and wanted a reliable reference book for cooking times, at what temperatures, etc. and why it works. With this book, I have a ready reference for how long to cook all manner of foods. I didn't buy it for the recipes, but I don't trust all the recipes out on the internet for free, as some I've read I recognize the proportions of ingredients are off. I know how to bake and roast and saute and fry, but with no feel for sous vide as yet, this is perfect for me. A nice, varied selection of foods that most people regularly cook

In online marketing, reaching your target market is a whole, new ball game. Most buyers have grown to rely on online search tools to look for products and services they need. If they find your product online while searching, they may call you or go directly to your store. To do this, you should have a website where there is detailed information about the your products you offer. Optimize your content so that search engines will be able to find it, scale it, and categorize it. With a properly optimized website, you will claim the top spots in search engine result pages (SERPs) for keywords related to your website. You could even make the process easier by allowing purchases directly from your website, as in ecommerce websites. With the addition of the cart feature, you will be able to expand the scope of your business. People from all over the country will be able to buy your product. Do they buy it regularly? Or do they need a strong motivator to be convinced to buy? Lastly, try to learn how they usually pay for the product or service. Do they use cash? Or do they buy using credit? The elite salespeople learn each detail in the buyers’ buying process for their product. If you can learn each step that they take, you can position yourself somewhere in their buying process. In some cases, you may need to disrupt their process so that they will buy from you instead of going to their habitual source. If most of your target market buys from the supermarket for example, you could position your product at the entrance. You could even go door-to-door to sell your product. By doing this, you will be disrupting the usual habit of the buyer. Because your process is more convenient than their usual system, they may become regular customers.

I am very happy that I chose this course to improv my excel skills to advance level. The instructor was very experienced and confident in explaining small small things in excel formulas, functions, VBA and Macros. Anyone with no experience can easily understand the way this course was explained by the Instructor. I got all my concepts clear with better understanding to the grass root level. Thanks Audible and Instructor for such a nice and detailed excel course.

Although no hands on but the course elaborates and clarifies the DevOps process from a CI/CD point of view. If one can visualize the process while performing hands on then this course has made the visualization easy. Great course. thanks to instructor for designing such a course, very short, crisp and clear.

If you are interest in deep learning, probably you need it.
Great course for someone who want to go from the basics. Step by step instructions provided for the different Keras techniques. Adding a cheat sheet with a summary of all the concepts would be really handy. Thanks Anthony for your effort to put together this course and datasets.
