Historia
Colonel Joe Bishop made a promise and he's going to keep it; taking the captured alien starship Flying Dutchman back out. He doesn't agree when the UN decides to send almost 70 elite Special Operations troops, hotshot pilots, and scientists with him; the mission is a fool's errand he doesn't expect to ever return from. At least, this time, the Earth is safe, right? Not so much.

Historia
An AI overseer and a human crew arrive on a distant planet to salvage an ancient UN starship. The overseer is unhappy. The crew, well, they're certainly no A-team. Not even a C-team on the best of days. And worse? Urmahon Beta, the planet, is at the ass-end of nowhere. Everybody expects this to be a long, ugly, and thankless job. Then it all goes disastrously wrong. What they thought was an uninhabited backwater turns out to be anything but empty.

Not only is this a beautifully told story it begins along some wonderful moral and ethical concepts of “solid state” minds and their rights to be recognized legally as People with state federal and moral rights, inalienable from their physical existence.

Historia
Here are the two most treasured documents of American freedom together on one audiobook. Drafted by Thomas Jefferson in 1776 as an act of rebellion, the Declaration of Independence powerfully expresses the political principles of an emerging nation. Ratified in 1788, the Constitution for the United States remains a shining example of patriotism and compromise.

Outstanding in all ways!

As we look to colonize Luna, Mars and, in my lifetime, the deep, dark, gap between us and those other planets in this solar system, I recognize the need for a deeper understanding of these foundational documents in order to articulate inter planetary blockchain commerce. This rendition is exquisite for any student at any level or for any intent. I listen to this on repeat regularly to key in on sections or threads that emerge and reemerge between these two beautiful American treasures.
