What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Nothing except my having a completely different political and social viewpoint.
Would you be willing to try another book from William R. Forstchen? Why or why not?
No. I had no idea what the ideology of this author was before I began listening. Full of stereotypes and macho posturing.
Any additional comments?
I wish it were more clear when the novels have a strong political agenda. This same thing happens when I pick books that seem to have an interesting plot only to discover there is Christian evangelizing throughout. Audible, can't you make these things more clear?

I listened to the book during my walks everyday and as I gradually got through the chapters I immediately would incorporate the tips from what I'd just heard that I knew would work for me. In less than 10 days my body has changed, my energy is way way up and my clothing is already becoming way looser.
