I've been a Fitbit user for some time now, and it took me some time to get the hang of its unique features. I checked on the main website and some other forums, but I learned most of what I know by experimenting with it. I've written this short guide to help the new Fitbit user. This is an honest assessment of my experience. There are some things I would change, which I'll come onto later, but overall I've been very pleased with it. I hope you in turn find some value from this guide, and make the most of this fitness tech.

to be completely honest its very out dated and primarily only discusses the fitbit flex in the way of fitbit devices which came out in may of 2013. i wouldnt havw purchased this title if i would've realized how out dated the i formation was. i do like how the author throws out some fitness tips and ways to dtay motivated though

just ok for me

i finished the book in one setting, it is a great guide if your brand new to fitness and looming i to thr different dieting options but if you already have a background in fitness and have established yourself i wouldnt recommend as the knowledge base is basic
