I cannot believe how fast this book's sales have risen and how terrible the book is. Sorry Oprah, But if this is typical of your best read list, Let me know...I will not buy anything else on it. This is an excercise in the author's ability to describe pain; period.
It is repetitious to the max, which might be ok if it didn't stink.

Invest your time in this read. This is the book that answers the questions those of us that are on the sidelines have so long wondered. It is an investment but it so well worth the time. The narrators voice never wears on you so you can concentrate on the very informative content.

Perhaps there are some valid views presented here, but this is a highly religeous aproach. In fact, If you aren't interested in a religous pep rally,,you really aren't interested in this book.
