I was hooked to the story after the first book. I wish there was more supernatural involved. Will was my favorite character and hoped something out of the ordinary kept him with Jessica.

Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Listening to you two everyday, keeps the doctor away. You both have contagious laughs, though.

This was my very first James Patterson story I have listened to. Yes, Dolly Parton was a huge reason I purchased it and I was disappointed one bit. I will definitely look into more James Patterson stories in the future. This was definitely worth every word.

I loved it. I seriously wanted to strangle both of them and stop reading, but I needed to know what happened so I could hug them. My co-workers got a kick out of hearing me yell at them and call them stupid as I listened. In the end, I just wanted to hug them and got teary-eyed.

The Stand has been a favorite of mine for many years. I'd never read it before watching the original movie. This was amazing. It explains a lot more than what you're given in the movie. The narrator is awesome. He puts feeling behind his reading.
