That's the least of Sal's problems as he navigates through his first student mission away from the school. Sal is more comfortable at the crafting table, but he needs to survive in a reclaimed zone outside of the academy with the worst team of misfits you could possibly imagine.

An excellent novel reminiscent of Clancy, but with more action. Using modern issues of illegal immigration, drug trafficking, political corruption & 5th generation warfare and terrorism, Nealen paints a world in which heroes are willing to risk everything to do what's right.

The voice actors were excellent and added to the excitement and depth of the story!

Where does The Last Centurion rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is, so far the best audiobook I've listened to.
Who was your favorite character and why?
The novel was about one mans experience, both in the military and during a hellish plague. So really, there's only one character to follow.
Have you listened to any of Dan John Miller’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Never heard his work before, it was okay, though there were some emphasis issues that that were a bit off.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
No, the whole book was great.
