Hypnosis
Revisado: 08-08-13
This book is all about helping solve your problems by way of hypnosis. There are several chapters - that are about 30 mins in duration - which are attempts to get the listener into a hypnotized state to help with different problems. For example chapter 3 is for skin picking.
I do currently pick at my skin and I am going to see if good ole chapter 3 can help me overcome my problem. If this actually works - this book would be a cheap and effective fix for a long standing problem. I can not yet say if this will work - but I am going to give it a try. Hopefully this will work!

Historia
"In the summer of 1991 I was a normal kid. I did normal things. I had friends and a mother who loved me. I was just like you. Until the day my life was stolen. For eighteen years I was a prisoner. I was an object for someone to use and abuse. For eighteen years I was not allowed to speak my own name. I became a mother and was forced to be a sister. For eighteen years I survived an impossible situation. On August 26, 2009, I took my name back. My name is Jaycee Lee Dugard. I dont think of myself as a victim. I survived...."

Entertaining

I enjoyed listening to this book. A true story told by the young Woman who lived thru it. I had moments while listening that I was on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. I listened to the whole book in two days. I highly recommend this book.
