An amazing guide to healthier living
Revisado: 12-03-20
I listened to Why Dr. skip breakfast on Audiobooks because I had been interested in intermittent fasting from a conversation I had with a former coworker. I was pleasantly surprised when I found so many other jewels about sleep, diet, and technologies which can assist people who are trying to live a better, more healthy lifestyle. After I finished the book, I started practicing intermittent fasting and was more consciously aware of my diet and sleep habits. For 3 months I did the 16 hour fast each day, and noticed the changes in my weight and waist. I am still on this journey and I am working on incorporating more of the recommendations from Why Doctors Skip Breakfast into my lifestyle. I have shared this book on my social media page and have been trying to get family and friends onboard with me so that we can do this together. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to make significant changes in their health.
