Starts off a bit raunchy. However, I loved the internal struggles Jamie was having. It was a bit frustrating sometimes. Overall great story. You have to get the second book to know what happens next which was frustrating but I guess that means you have a good story on your hands.

Fun little back stories in this book. Least favorite was the purgatory chapter...it was annoying in the beginning but then once I gave it a chance I got into it and was glad that Victor and Jace found each other. Allisons beach venture with Jace's sister was freakin AWESOME! I loved it. Overall amazing series!

Nice guys finish last, but that doesn't mean they give up the fight. Sometimes it's necessary to keep trudging through the rain in the hopes of finding a break in the clouds. William Townson is a good person. He's kind, considerate, and the last thing he ever wanted was to hurt anyone. Accidents happen though, and when they do, all that can be done is to pick up the pieces.

William is my favorite character - along with Tim and Ben of course! I was quite disappointed in the end and with Jason. I really started to hate Jason after this book. Great story line and good character development.

1. Nathaniel is HOT AS F! (subjective lol but still). I LOVED his story line. I kinda wish that he and Tim did a little something but then decided to just be friends. My anticipation was going wild at the thought of those two studs getting together. I'm happy that he and Kelly ended up together. They are a good match!

All in All, Kelly isn't that horrible of a person. He's still a douche but once you understand who he is and what makes him tick you are finally happy for him and appreciate him for who is. Absolutely great story line - very well developed.

I love love loved seeing Ben and Tim again. In hindsight, I can't say that I am a huge fan of Jason. This story is definitely great and entertaining and I am 100% #TeamBentley-Wyman. We all have had a Cesar or two in our lives and the drama that came along with such nonsense.

Oh man! This book hit home for me! I love how well written this series is and especially how relatable each of the characters is. We have all been a little bit of Ben, Tim, and Jace at some point in our lives. I definitely cried a little when you know... I was quite frustrated with Victor and that situation but what a story! LOVED IT ALL!

Would you consider the audio edition of Something Like Winter to be better than the print version?
I listen to audiobooks because of my long daily commute but I will consider buying the printed version because I loved the story line so much!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Something Like Winter?
::::SPOILER:::: How Erik passed away...tear jerker...not as bad as losing Jace but definitely a sad emotional point in the book - I love getting the feels haha...
What about Kevin R. Free’s performance did you like?
I loved the performance and appreciated the fact that it was the same narrator throughout the series. Gave me a sense of comfort and familiarity. Especially when you are able to recognize the characters in his different tones of voice.
Any additional comments?
I initially had strong reservations for Tim like most would have from the way he and Ben started out and even when he tried to break Ben and Jace up. However, I loved this story line and all of the other books in the series. Just an exceptional relatable love story!
