I don’t think one has to be a Michael J. Fox fan to appreciate this book, but I’ve been one since he played Alex Keaton and Back to the Future is one of the few movies I watch every year. I have long been inspired by how he has LIVED his life with PD and how he’s done so much with his foundation to further research and serve others with this disease.
I took the time to listen to this and I’ve been recommending it to everyone since. He shares so much wisdom and hearing him read is so worth it.

One definition of rhapsody , from ancient Greece, is that Rhapsody is an epic poem suitable for recitation at one time. When I started listening to this story, I couldn’t stop. I drove my long commute in the Montana winter listening. Dani’s ability to both perform and tell this story is remarkable.

What did you love best about The One Two Three of God?
This is an excellent interview and discussion that allows the listener to hear a bit of how Ken Wilber thinks. Hearing Ken voice really helps in the understanding of integral spirituality. As a bonus, the last track is a meditation.
