Mary, kudos to you for this entertaining book that had me listening until the wee hours! Better than anticipated! Totally worth the credit. The author brings her story to life!!! Worth the hubbub....

Great Easy Listen—Playful and Tongue-In-Cheek

Surprised that it was 😊 good! Humorous and timely. A break from of all the “racial educating” I’ve been torturing myself with....A monologue of racism without rage!!!! 😱 OMG, this is “right on”.... a great rant worth listening to. This is better than Woody Allen!! Love the British accent......Listen to the sample...you’ll be hooked!! One Audible book I have no regrets in using one of my precious Audible Credits!!!! Six-Stars! Laugh at yourself is the best therapy!

Stars Wars Comes Alive!

Great storyline and Marc’s narration gives this Stars Wars audiobook a boost!! Thoroughly enjoyed this selection. I was entertained from the first minute!

Highly recommend!

No wonder this audiobook is consistently rated 5 or 4+ ratings—it deserves to be recognized as superior!

Run Away Best Seller: Djinn Patrol.....

These child detectives will warm your heart and are characters that will haunt you forever! This is just the sort of book that inspires us to help our fellow man or boy, as the case may be. This novel is well worth the 9 hours + listening time. This is one book I doubt you will ever regret. Storytelling at its best!

Wow! Woody Thoroughly Entertains

OMG! It’s like Woody is there next to you telling his life story! Woody is even more than a comic genius—he’s a writer, director as well the funniest man in the neighborhood! From the get go, he enthrals us with his storytelling and his wit! If you are even a remote Woody fan, do yourself a favour and let him entertain you. I knew the audiobook would be good, but not spectacular! It can only tickle your funny bone when you find nothing at all in the world funny.

Love Maggie Gyllenhaal But As A Narrator She Fails

I may have enjoyed and endured this lengthy classic, but not with Maggie’s droning voice. Actually, I began to use Maggie’s narration to put me to sleep when I got tired of nature sounds or New Age ditties! But that’s not the reason I selected this particular version of Anna. I did listen to the sample, but was sucked into this purchase by its relatively high star count. Audible people, you mustn’t rely on stars, but listen very scarefully to the sample even go to other sources outside the sphere of Amazon/Audible universe. Now, the good news is, I already had my Kindle version so I purchased it for only $1.99. But honesty a coffee or ice cream cone would have been money better spent than buying this flawed audiobook! But I shall be returning this selection very soon! So, “Maggie, don’t quit your day job and be the great actress we all know you to be and allow those voice actors at least approaching the caliber of Juliet Stevenson exercise their proven abilities to tell a story with verve that embodies the magical power of beautiful story telling. Droning on and on is one way to absolutely turn your readers/listeners into zombies or put them to sleep even before before getting through one chapter!

Now, this is merely my viewpoint and I had actually wanted to like it, but I have now become more and more aware that the narrator must be flexible in handling different voices of various characters as well as simply being a Seri clone. There are new readers coming on board every week who have proven their ability to carry us to the place an author wishes us to be .... I’ll try not to get fooled again. Great audiobooks here with a selection that other competitors can’t match: selection, exchange, excellent customer service and great subscriptions as well as regular promotions and ‘daily deals’ so I’m overwhelmed at times with the plethora of choices. Readers/listeners: isolation can be a blessing in these trying times—chillax and catch up on fabulous true and not-so-true stories instead of binging on movies and tv shows....believe me, it’s more rewarding!

OMG, Not Again!

Another mult-part download that is not divided by title! 10 Classics was the same and once downloaded and app closed, upon reopening, the downloads disappeared. I’m testing this now, but I expect this audiobook will behave in the same manner. This offer was too good to be true! No matching of which part matches which audiobook. Horrible! It’s cheap, less than a diner coffee, but absolutely useless!
