All the negative reviews is just to show you that what he said and lived through has obviously impacted people. He stood up for his wife and children and that’s nothing less than admirable. His valor to brake the norm of high-class royalty deserves praise.

...that’s all it took to bring them together. 5 minutes...that’s all it took to break them apart. 5 minutes...that’s all it took for them to find each other again, a perfect ending! Absolutely loved it! The trauma that the characters go through felt very real. I was there, right with them. What a book! I will be reading/audio more books by Cherry.

WOW...amazing story!

I have no words to describe what I’m feeling right now. OMG it’s what I can come up with at this very moment. The roller coaster of emotions that made me take a look at life from Archer’s point of view was bittersweet. The love that Sheridan puts into each word to make us understand the characters hurt, left me on the brink of tears. You can vividly picture the intense heat between them and the story telling was very well executed by the narrators. It was a win-win for me when I finish the audiobook in less than 48 hrs!

The bigger the star the less time it has...

I was doing so good right up till the epilogue. This book is definitely a tearjerker and is not a HEA per se, but it does have closure. You can’t help but to smile while a tear drops down your cheek. The books has its moments and Parker does a beautiful job bringing the pages to life. The banter between Rivers and Delilah is funny, sarcastic and the romances that they live for one another, endured long after the stars faded. If you are a fan of John Green, you would absolutely love this book!

The Midwest, man buns & motorcycles!

What else is needed?! This book was hot! Definitely intended for mature audience. The story was so heartfelt that it had me gasping for air and to feel the pain each character carried was mind blowing. The tragedy that Sydney had to endure and the symbol Jake represented for her, was emotionally crippling. But, there is a HEA and the chemistry that Able brought had me swooning. The only reason I gave the performance 2 stars was because the female voice that portrayed Sydney was a bit annoying. I came very close to just not finishing the audio book but Abel’s voice kept me going, it would’ve been 1 start otherwise.

This audiobook had me going, the emotional connection I felt with the characters was beyond what I was expecting! The narration from Holland & Winkel had me swooning. The music and artistic reference where a plus! I would definitely recommend the author and the book, I just couldn’t stop listening!

If it was my first

If this would’ve been my very first book by West, I would’ve absolutely loved it but, I wasn’t and I didn’t. The story had some merit and the performance by Bouvard kept me going. Overall I did enjoy the book enough to finish it, I was a very light read and the romance was PG. West is a very talented writer and I’m looking forward to read/listen to more books from her.

The heart of a soldier

So many of us take for granted our freedom and all the men and women that sacrifice their life to give us that. This audio book shows how hard it is for those that make it back, broken, hurt and defeated, and what can be accomplished by truly trusting and giving in to love and forgiveness. Warren and Holland bring to life the pain and joy of all these emotions with every word they read and with every breath they take, they paint a perfect picture for the audience to feel EVERYTHING. The audio book is tasteful in crafting the tenderness love and even the roughness of it comes out as part of the healing progress. It made me smile, blush and swoon! I will be reading more books from this author, I loved it!
