I enjoyed this audiobook on the way to the gym! It gives great tips on ways to keep at it and stay motivated. Fitness doesn’t happen overnight! Highly recommend for anyone needing some best practices for working out. This will definitely be added to by collection of books I listen to 2x a year to be reminded of ways to stay fit.
