Where does Enticed (Charming Incantations) rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Of the books I've listened to so far, I really think Enticed is like... My third favorite. I loved this book.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Enticed (Charming Incantations)?

One of the most memorable moments... Well, I can't spoil that. Let me just say there's a serious twist in this book that left me with my mouth open.

What about Brittany Pate’s performance did you like?

I've listened to one other audiobook done by this narrator and I'm quickly becoming a fan. I think she captures the emotions of the characters perfectly. Each character is set apart from the others, so it's not hard for me to figure out who's talking. I like her southern accent. It's mild and actually kind of relaxing.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!! A thousand times, yes. I never got bored.There was plenty of action without being too crazy to keep me entertained.

Any additional comments?

Too many authors these days claim their heroines are these super awesome, kick-butt, stand out women, but when you listen to or read the books, the heroines rarely do anything but cry, scream or wait for someone to save them. Lisa is the exact opposite of that. She's everything a strong heroine should be. She doesn't start off with all this knowledge of weapons and how to fight. She works her butt off to LEARN how to fight and it's actually believable. She isn't just automatically good. I feel like the author put a lot of work into Lisa and it really shows. The other characters, such as Lisa's love interest, are also very strong characters with strong personalities. They're very memorable. I know there is one more book in the series so far and I'm really hoping they produce the audio book soon. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Cute, sweet, funny

What did you like best about this story?

That it shows happily ever after doesn't stop at marriage.

What about Brittany Pate’s performance did you like?

I thought the narrator did a great job with the different voices and accurately expressing Krista's emotions.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed a lot, even though the book dealt with some serious issues.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. Worth it!
