Historia
Historians have said that World War II was a continuation of World War I, but with greater violence and less regard for the values of civilization. The Treaty of Versailles, which had officially ended WWI, had caused the European balance of power to swing wildly. Germany had been stripped of her colonies, divided into pieces, and burdened with a staggering war debt. New nations were created; old hostilities were renewed. Some of these hostilities had found a voice in a new political philosophy: fascism.

Ridiculous reviews
Revisado: 05-03-22
This book brings out a lot of interesting points illustrated by the fact that some people have written reviews for this book suggesting that the Nazis were not extreme right wing fascists. As the book tells and history clearly shows Nazis had the word socialist in their name because they originally were a totally different organization one which was taken over by the extreme right wing fascist party of Adolf Hitler. Once they took over the party they kept the name as a sort of false flag.
It’s amazing that people already review for a book they clearly haven’t read and certainly do not understand.

First hand corroboration of many other books & new proof
Revisado: 09-01-20
This does support the books and stories about the trump family we’ve read so of the before. It also adds much new and first hand information. Very candid. Well worth the time and price. Recommend for everyone

Historia
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

Surprisngly honest, enthralling
Revisado: 07-21-18
I bought this because I like Trevor Noah’s comity and there is plenty of his comedy in this. But I was very surprised by how much more he tells us about his life The only possible criticism is: there sure seems like a need for a sequel

Historia
Admittedly small and vulnerable, PT boats were, nevertheless, fast - the fastest craft on the water during World War II - and Dick Keresey's account of these tough little fighters throws new light on their contributions to the war effort. As captain of PT 105, the author was in the same battle as John F. Kennedy when Kennedy's PT 109 was rammed and sunk. The famous incident, Keresey says, has often been described inaccurately and the PT boat depicted as unreliable and ineffective.

History, humor, adventure and deep emotion. The stories are compelling in many ways. The narration is superb. The details bring the fear, humor, loss and love alive.

Historia
In Berlin at War, acclaimed historian Roger Moorhouse provides a magnificent and detailed portrait of everyday life at the epicenter of the Third Reich. Berlin was the stage upon which the rise and fall of the Third Reich was most visibly played out. It was the backdrop for the most lavish Nazi ceremonies, the site of Albert Speer's grandiose plans for a new "world metropolis", and the scene of the final climactic battle to defeat Nazism.

Is there really a God? Or does God exist only in our heads? Is the Bible truly God's Word? Or is it a jumble of fanciful myths? Atheist Universe details why God is unnecessary to explain the universe's diversity, organization, and beauty. Using simple, straightforward logic, this audiobook rebuts every argument that claims to "prove" God's existence.

No New but Complete, Concise and Well Reasoned Q&A
Revisado: 10-08-17
I heard no new facts but it discusses all the relevant “arguments” raised by mythical believers, with some focus on born-agains, and takes them apart factually and rationally. Great if you have “that” friend or family member.

So believeable, an honest look at a soldier's life
Revisado: 08-13-13
This is one of the top 10 books I've ever read. Not an apology, nor a cover up- just a soldier's memories of actions and his personal world, not an overview of WW 2. And the narration is spot on. Highly recommended.
