Not worth the credit, HORRIBLE FEMALE VOICE

this would have been a great story if I could have gotten past the female character. Her character was very reckless and unstable. she made decisions that were obviously the wrong choice and then questioned it after the fact. I definitely couldn't understand how she would go to her mother, the same mother that allowed her husband to abuse his daughter without batting an eye, instead of asking help from her friends that have been taking care of her this whole time. I also didn't like that she was a reporter yet did not think about the repercussions she would face when reporting on the cartel, seriously did she think they would be like oh ok tell our secrets its ok. the female voice was annoying so I'm pretty sure I missed a lot of the story since I kept skipping her chapters. TROY DURAN SHOULD HAVE READ THIS BY HIMSELF.
Would not have wasted a credit on this one sorry

First, let me say, Troy Duran really made reading this bearable. The FMC was weak and very simple-minded. The whole book she was either crying or confused about her feelings for a man she really didn't know and slept with any woman available, even after they were sleeping together. I had to skip through her inner monolog. It was just too much for me, with her back and forth thinking. I just could not figure out the point of the book other than that they were sexually compatible. Even after they resolved some of their problems and expressed their feelings, it was still all about sex. things like getting to know each other while having sex. It's not worth the credit to me.

It was long and drawn out, too much on the descriptions and inner monolog. I skipped through most of the story. Not worth the credit.

Ok taboo story

This was an ok taboo story. The male character was everything, but it was definitely the wrong voice for the female. The romance scenes were definitely hard to hear. I had to skip most if not all of her romance parts. If it wasn't for Troy Duran I probably would have returned the book.

Poor FMC Narration

The female narration of the male character made him sound like a little boy. I skipped most of chapter 1 and 2. I honestly couldn't even make it past the 3rd chapter to give a complete review. This was a waste of a credit.

struggled to finish. I just don't understand what this story is about. Not worth the credit. Troy Duran always a pleasure to hear him but he definitely didn't have enough reading parts.

The FMC was horrible, I guess she got off on tearing other people down since she was a failure herself. Honestly I couldn't get past the first couple of chapters. I even skipped chapters and still found myself getting aggrevated by the story. She was a mean poser and had too much time on her hands.

I honestly don't know why I wasted a credit on the second book after barely making it through the first book. The narration by the FMC was terrible. I will finish this cause I paid for it but yeah I won't purchase another one from this series.
