Narrator is great but who ever recorded this there was once again low volume that jumps to loud throughout the listen. Now they have taken away the titled chapters also. Hope these issues gets fixed.

I've listened to all the audible books and enjoyed the story. The narrator is very talented but the performance was hard to listen to on this book. Normal voice and then a character would almost be screaming. Had to keep adjusting the volume throughout the audible. I hope the audible for the next book is better otherwise the enjoyment will be gone.

sad to say it was boring

too much talking and very little action. skipped through most of the book after a couple of hours. the small sex scene should of been left out for it didn't add to the story. just not a book that I can recommend to people. hope for growth for the author should another book be written. did not care for the narrator voice.

I wish that there would of been a warning on this book. If people want a same sex relationship then that is their own business. But I do think that Audible owes it to the readers to let them know about it before someone reads the book.

What a gem

Listened to this on Audible and it was wonderful. The narrator did a great job and the story was different than what I had expected. Can the two cultures come together and learn to accept one another? will trust and peace be obtained? The MC's are fleshed out and grow into maturity. I was never bored with the story. There is a book two that is out but it's not on Audible yet. I hope that it will be. There are only two books to the story so will have to read book two but would much rather it be on Audible because of poor eyesight. I would recommend this duo. It was a clean read which is so hard to find anymore.

Enter in to a great story

I am surprised that there haven't been any reviews on this series yet. The story traveled on at a steady pace. I never got bored with the characters. They were developed at a steady pace. They grew into one's who became traveling partners and friends. You would be proud to have them as your own companions in life. There wasn't any silliness or fake Ness with the MC's. It was an enjoyable read and now I am starting book two and continue the adventure.

I read the book Bearskin years ago and truly enjoyed it. Since then I have waited for another book to come out by this author. Panther Gap is just as intriguing. The narrator is wonderful. I felt like I have sat around a nice cozy fire and listened to an intriguing story. I listened to the book in one setting having set aside the day to listen to it. I believe that you will truly enjoy this book and also his other book. Thank you Mr. McLaughlin for sharing your talent with us
