Historia
Renowned author Delphine Larue needs a haven. A crazed fan has gone over the deep end, and she’s not safe. Her security team has suggested a house by a lake. Secluded. Private. Far away. In a beautiful area of the Northwest close to the sleepy town of Misted Pines. It’s perfect. So perfect, Delphine has just moved in, and she’s thinking she’ll stay there forever. Until she sees the girl in the mist.

Kristen Ashley & Hillary Huber MUST LISTEN!
Revisado: 03-22-22
With Kristen's story and Hillary's narration I rushed to buy this book. It was everything and more. The strong relationship between Deli and her daughters and Cade and his sons were something to aspire to. Celeste was such a great character that I can't wait to see her grow up. The steamy parts playful and light when contrasted against the suspenseful story being told. I finished this book in 2 days and it was well worth the lost sleep.

Historia
Maggie Patel has landed her dream job at The New York Spectator; or, it would be, if she could get a decent story assignment. When a career-making interview finally lands on her desk, it’s with the last person she’d ever want to see again — Edward, the Crown Prince of Bairmorne...and her long-ago friend.

I will take a pass on this one
Revisado: 12-12-21
The background noise in addition to the narration style just felt like chatter. I read 2-3 audiobooks a week and have come to the point of truly disliking over produced audiobooks.

Loved this book! Must read!
Revisado: 10-02-21
This is an entertaining contemporary romance with great chemistry and humor between the main characters. The story is a light read for those times you don't want something too heavy and emotional.

Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Another excellent book by Andy Weir
Revisado: 08-15-21
I was sad when this book ended because it was excellent. The book is highly technical and well written. Everything in his book is very possible you just need to reach for it. There were so many ups and downs I felt that I was truly as invested into the story as the characters of the story were for their lives. I always have to remember this is the story from the author and not how I would want the book to end or even proceed it's their story.

My name is Marten Mann. I work for the devil, or the prince of lies, as you people are so fond of calling him. Yes. You read that last line correctly. I am employed by the powers of evil as acquisitor ad infinitum. I did not seek out this job: I was chosen for the position. To put it in simpler terms, I am a broker of sorts - you know, the guy who finds out what it is that you want the most. I make it readily available to you for a price. I think we all know just how costly that one thing that you think you need so much can be.

Historia
Matthew Worth is a mess. Somewhere between a good cop and a bad screwup, he botched a marriage and a career. His fellow officers think he’s a joke. His commanders are tired of cutting him breaks. Even his wife has left him for a flashy homicide detective. Busted to night patrol at a robbery-prone Omaha supermarket, Worth is doing time, wearing his uniform and asking shoppers if they want paper or plastic. If that isn’t enough, he suspects he might be falling for Gwen, the shy checkout girl who may be an even bigger mess than he is. It couldn’t get any worse. Until it does.

In her career as an Army intelligence officer, Amy Cornwall has seen haunting sights half a world away. None compare to the chilling scene at her Virginia home. It is empty. Now, and in open defiance of Army Command, Amy must employ every lethal tactic she has to save them. To succeed, she must discover not only who dispatched her on this mission, but why. Without her family, she's dead anyway.

Worst Patterson Book
Revisado: 01-17-21
I had high hopes of this being the beginning of a great series, but it was slow and the character development was poor. After reading many Patterson series this took discipline to finish and wasn't worth the $6.

Terrible Narration!
Revisado: 11-09-20
I am skipping this book after an hour. The voice of the female lead is so breathy and creepy, not sexy at all. I just can't get past it...on to book 4 in the series.

STOP! Worst listen this year!
Revisado: 11-01-20
I am a fan of Scott Brick. but even he couldn't make this boring, long winded book not feel like purgatory. Audiobooks are my hobby. I listen to 20-25 books per month and I haven't come across a storyline that drags like this in a very long time. Not only is this book extremely slow for a thriller, it is written at 4th or 5th grade reading level. I will pass on Gregg Hurwitz books in the future.
