I absolutely love the girls, love the stories, love their humor, and love the light heartedness on such a deep and dark topic. flbut for the love of all that is holy, PLEASE ADJUST ADD VOLUME. I listen with ear buds and I literally have to YANK them out of my ears every time an ad plays. it's damaging to your ear drums. for real. especially the the ad that starts out SIZZLING. it's so painful. please adjust. 🙏🙏🙏

a wonderful story

ok let's start with the narrator, I immediately disliked his voice. that quickly changed!! amazing job. the tones and inflection are perfect. his voice just grew into the characters so well. fantastic. now the book, simply awesome. I read the first version and loved it. this version has only made it better. such depth and emotion. superb. highly recommend taking the time.

I feel like I just paid for half of a story that was hard to follow. disappointed. I usually LOVE his work. not this one. also, read his book false memory. it's a great book that falls in with this one.

wish I hadn't wasted the money. j r ward normally blows my mind but I wish I could get my credit back for this one. I can't stand the narrator. And the whiney sounding female voices, let alone the annoying voice of the male characters that all sound the same. refund my credit please. I'm not even more than a couple chapters in. ugh.

this was a very good book and overall performance. my only complaint is constantly having to control the volume. during the female parts it's too quiet to hear. and when the male character is back it's someone's ear shattering loud.
