YES. Learn while doing. The why's are explained while not taking away from the soft and relaxed state she is trying to get you to.

Reiki Relaxation - I was able to get to that place quickly here too.

No.
What did you learn from Step Into Meditation that you would use in your daily life?
The doing vs. being. I now surrender more to the being state when there is conflict or confusion around me so not to dive into a "Solution Mode" with heightened emotions.
Any additional comments?
The amount of chapters was necessary and really made this book work GREAT as a guide.
