Lots of plot twists

I enjoyed this book, at first I thought I could guess the motive and killer but ended up being pleasantly surprised by several plot twists. Fun read!

Whoever said "eye rolling" is right.

I had to return this book. Which was very disappointing, because I really needed one, but I just could not make it through. I agree with another reviewer who said eye rolling, because that is the same way I felt. The story line just did not work, it was a bit cliche. A bit suprised to see so many postive reviews but to each their own. :)

Book 1 and 2 were much better imo

Really enjoyed books 1 and 2, but 3 really took al nose dive for me. The plot was not as interesting and the protagonist gets annoying. Couldn't finish the 3rd one unfortunately, just got too uninterested.

Should have stopped at last book

I really am a fan of Sarah Maas, but this book was probably one too many for me. It ended up with me not liking the main character at all. Bryce was super annoying and just had same repetitive behavior. It's getting to be a chore to get through this book.

I read Echo Man first and I thought it would be good to follow through with the next book. First you should know, I thought this was a continuation of characters from first book- it is not. There's only a very small couple of tidbits with one of the characters, otherwise its all new people. Started off pretty promising, but eventually went downhill. I really dislike the way the author portrays women. It became difficult to listen to. I did finish, but the ending was unbelievable and imo ridiculous. Narrator was good tho. I wouldn't recommend.

I agree with others too whiney.

Story might have been good had the narrator not used such a tremulous voice. It came across so whiney and annoying! I can’t believe I made it through honestly, feel like it was waste of a credit. I wouldn’t recommended audible version, maybe just regular read it would have been fine.
