Historia
Mary Elizabeth Chapman boards the Speedwell in 1620 as a Separatist seeking a better life in the New World. William Lytton embarks on the Mayflower as a carpenter looking for opportunities to succeed - and he may have found one when a man from the Virginia Company offers William a hefty sum to keep a stealth eye on company interests in the new colony. The season is far too late for good sailing and storms rage, but reaching land is no better as food is scarce and the people are weak.

Bring on the Mayflower!!!
Revisado: 06-13-18
This is a good book for late night listening because it gets my attention and keeps it! I have tried to limit myself to only a few chapters at a time....I failed miserably...I was enjoying it too much to close it down. I don't sleep well at night so this was perfect for me. The house is quiet and my body is ready for rest but my mind will not shut off.. It is at times such as these that I reach for a good book. I have had several eye surgeries, thus, how wonderful it was to pick up "my book" and relax! The Mayflower Bride keeps me wanting more. I'm ready for the next book in the series.
