This true story is full of so many forks in the road for Cynthia. Those kind of forks in life where you must choose the right side or be doomed. She may have chosen poorly at times in her life (most of us can relate) that led to more heartache and pain, but she takes you on an emotional adventure (in a light hearted way) as she grows and learns that her life is full of decision making moments that can lead her into happiness or more despair. Her cat’s part in the story is bigger and spunkier than expected. I fell in love with Mr. Jinx and found some of the most emotional aspects of the story were about Jinx’s hardships as he does life with Cynthia. I’m already thinking of people in my life that could truly use the lessons in this book to have a better, happier, more fulfilled life. While listening to Cynthia’s story, I was reminded of how many of our decisions effect those around us (our kids, spouse, parents, even our pets) and how important it is to prioritize ourselves, so we are able to radiate the good stuff with those we love the most. Easy, quick, concise, inspirational and might I say fun? Thank you Cynthia!
