This course includes Lessons 11-15 from the Japanese Level 1 program featuring 2.5 hours of language instruction. Each lesson provides 30 minutes of spoken language practice, with an introductory conversation and new vocabulary and structures. Detailed instructions enable you to understand and participate in the conversation. Practice for vocabulary introduced in previous lessons is included in each lesson. The emphasis is on pronunciation and comprehension and on learning to speak Japanese.

Decent supplement to better methods

I like that they break down the words into chunks to help you understand it more easily. However, he gives you practically no time to think of and say the phrase he asks you to say. It's horrible.
Also there is almost not explanation of Japanese grammar constructions, you mostly repeat without learning. Paul Noble's presentation is much better than this. I recommend that over this.
