Historia
All My Knotted-Up Life is a beautifully crafted portrait of resilience and survival, a poignant reminder of God’s enduring faithfulness, and proof positive that if we ever truly took the time to hear people’s full stories . . . we’d all walk around slack-jawed.

Could not finish
Revisado: 01-05-24
I finally gave up on this book six chapters in. I know her reasoning behind the "accent" for the first half of the book but it grated my nerves to the point that I quit listening. I grew up in the south and am quite accustomed to the Southern accent but I could not handle her attempt to recreate it for this reading. The fake accent along with her needlessly loquacious writing made for an unlistenable experience for me. I wanted to like this book and will possibly come back to it sometime in the future but will be fast forwarding to the point she begins reading in her normal voice to try to finish it.

A little long
Revisado: 08-06-18
Book was informative and interesting, good overview of how habits (good and bad) are formed and how they affect our daily lives. Several interesting stories about major corporations and how they market based on consumer habits. Was not exactly what I expected, was hoping for more self-help on developing habits, but was a good listen nonetheless. Just ran a little long, I was ready for it to be finished about an hour before it was.
